How we work

A rigorous, flexible workflow

A transparent four-stage process with AI and our in-house systems built into every step — senior artists own the quality, and you always know exactly where your project stands.

  1. 01

Before a single pixel is drawn, we run in-depth interviews, then use AI to compile market data and break down competitor visuals and player preferences. Our in-house image-generation system builds style reference boards in parallel, so you see a direction within the first few days. Engine, sizes, naming and slicing rules are locked here and configured straight into the generation and packaging pipeline — every decision is grounded, with no integration gaps at delivery.

AI-augmented pipeline

How AI plugs into our process

Our in-house image system links engines from multiple vendors through MCP to speed up exploration and production, our in-house packaging system, also running through MCP, keeps delivery precise and usable, and senior artists own the final quality — every station we complete syncs one milestone to your project board.

  1. Brief in. AI compiles market and competitor data; brief locked up front Output: Locked brief (Stage 01 Requirement analysis)
  2. AI concept engine. Our in-house image system links six engines through MCP — dozens of concepts in hours Output: Dozens of concepts (Stage 02 Concept & sketching)
  3. Diffuse & converge. AI explores dozens of directions in-house; senior artists narrow them to 1–2 polished options to confirm with you, then we train a project style model Output: Project style model (Stage 02 Concept & sketching)
  4. Artist refinement. AI drafts in batches; senior artists refine every piece, plus Spine and VFX — humans own the quality Output: Final assets (Stage 03 Refinement & animation)
  5. Packaging MCP. Our in-house packaging system auto-slices, spec-checks and packs through MCP — engine-ready asset packs in one pass Output: Asset pack (Stage 04 Testing & delivery)
  6. Delivery. Tested across devices, then delivered engine-ready — every milestone already synced to your project board Output: Delivered (Stage 04 Testing & delivery)

Predictable from day one

A full visual production cycle takes just 30 working days (about 6 weeks), from alignment and production through review and delivery — AI speeds up exploration and production while senior artists own the quality. Parallel production scales capacity to up to 5 titles per month.
